COD Terms & Policy

Cash on Delivery Policy

Cash on Delivery is available only for selected pincodes across India. If COD is available for your location, the option will be shown at checkout.

COD is added to make shopping easier for customers who prefer paying after receiving the order. However, we request customers to place COD orders only if they are sure about the purchase, as every rejected or fake order creates unnecessary shipping and return cost for the brand.

COD Availability

COD is currently available only in selected serviceable regions.

COD may not be available for:

Remote pincodes
High-RTO locations
Certain sale items
High-value orders
Repeated rejected-order customers
Orders where verification is not completed

Ayraa reserves the right to disable COD for any order or pincode based on courier availability, order value, or past delivery behaviour.

COD Charges

A COD handling charges 49/- may be applicable at checkout 

Any COD charge, if applicable, will be clearly visible before the order is placed.

COD Order Confirmation

After a COD order is placed, our team may confirm the order through WhatsApp. 

The order will be dispatched only after confirmation from the customer.

If we do not receive confirmation within the required time, the order may be cancelled from our side.

Delivery & Payment

For COD orders, the full order amount must be paid to the courier partner at the time of delivery.

Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

The package cannot be opened before payment. Open delivery is not available unless specifically mentioned by the courier partner.

Refused or Undelivered COD Orders

If a COD order is refused, rejected, or returned due to customer unavailability, wrong address, incorrect phone number, or failure to accept the delivery, the order will be treated as RTO.

For future orders, Ayraa may:

Disable COD for the customer
Ask for prepaid payment only
Charge re-shipping cost if the customer wants the same order again

Repeated COD refusal may result in permanent COD restriction for that customer.

Cancellation of COD Orders

COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If the customer no longer wants the order after dispatch, they should inform our WhatsApp support. However, repeated cancellations or delivery refusals may affect future COD eligibility.

Returns & Exchanges for COD Orders

COD orders follow the same return and exchange policy as prepaid orders.

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all tags and original packaging.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for valid reasons such as:

Size issue
Wrong item received
Manufacturing defect

The product will go through a quality check after it reaches us. If the product is approved after quality check, the return or exchange will be processed as per Ayraa’s policy.

Refund Treatment for COD Orders

For approved COD returns, the refund will be issued as store credit to the customer’s registered email ID or phone number.

Store credit can be used for future purchases on Ayraa’s website or offline, wherever applicable.

Cash refund is not provided for general COD returns.

In cases where a wrong item or manufacturing defect is verified and a refund is required as per applicable consumer rules, Ayraa may process the refund through store credit, bank transfer, UPI, or any suitable method after verification.

Damaged, Used, or Missing Products

If the returned product is found used, washed, damaged, stained, missing tags, missing accessories, or not in original condition, the return may be rejected.

If any item or accessory is missing or damaged, the cost may be deducted from the store credit amount.

Re-shipping

If a COD order is returned to us due to failed delivery and the customer wants it shipped again, re-shipping charges may apply.

The order may be re-dispatched only after the customer confirms the address and pays any applicable re-shipping charges.
