Founder’s Delivery is a premium Mumbai-only delivery option where Ayraa’s founder may personally hand over your order after prior confirmation.

This service is available only for selected Mumbai locations and selected time slots. The customer will always receive confirmation before dispatch. Customers may choose doorstep handover, building-gate handover, reception handover, or society-security handover.

For customer comfort and privacy, the founder or delivery representative will not enter the customer’s home. The order will be handed over only at the confirmed location. If the order is placed as a gift, the purchaser must ensure that the recipient is aware of the delivery, payable amount if any, and expected time slot.

Ayraa may withdraw Founder’s Delivery for any order due to location, timing, safety, operational limits, or customer unavailability.

Delivery Timeline

Founder’s Delivery orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days after order confirmation, subject to availability and scheduling.

Returns & Exchanges

Founder’s Delivery does not change Ayraa’s return and exchange policy.

If you wish to return or exchange any product from a Founder’s Delivery order, you must raise the request manually through the website within 48 hours of delivery.

The same return, exchange, quality check, store credit, and eligibility rules will apply as mentioned in Ayraa’s standard Return & Exchange Policy.

Returns or exchanges cannot be handed directly to the founder at the time of delivery.

Founder’s Delivery is available only in Mumbai.

Ayraa reserves the right to accept, reschedule, or decline Founder’s Delivery based on location, availability, and operational feasibility.

The ₹999 Founder’s Delivery charge is separate from the product price, shipping charges, COD charges, or any other applicable charges.

The delivery option selected at checkout does not override Ayraa’s standard return, exchange, cancellation, COD, or store credit policies. In case of return store credit will be credited to your store account and it excludes delivery charges.
