Return Window

You may request a return within the eligible window from the date of delivery. Please refer to our return rules for specific timelines.

How to Request a Return

1. Log in to your account and go to your Orders.
2. Select the order and item you'd like to return.
3. Submit your return request with the reason.
4. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for sending the item back.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Approved returns will be processed as store credit or refunded to the original payment method, depending on the case.
