Couriers make three delivery attempts. If all three fail, the order returns to us and re-dispatch on the same order is chargeable at ₹199.

Refunds are issued as store credit only, never as cash, and the credit is redeemable through the same channel you bought on. Processing takes up to 3 to 4 business days after we receive the item, as every piece is quality checked. The first three returns or exchanges on an order are free; from the third request onwards a charge of ₹149 applies.
To exchange for a different product, return the item for store credit and place a new order with it. Manufacturing defects are processed free of cost on verification.

Take care to avoid extreme heat and direct sunlight when storing the product as this may cause colour fading and/or shrinkage. We recommend storing the product in a cool, shaded and dry place at all times.

As with all hand-dyed products, some colour variation within and between items is normal. Hand-dyed products may bleed slightly when wet, so please follow cleaning instructions carefully.
Other than adding water, bleach should be used on these product. Don't use bleach unless the garment is white. Avoid over bleaching as it can cause damage or yellowing
