🕒 Order Processing & Dispatch

Once you place an order, orders are ready to ship within 24 business hours after confirmation.

As soon as it's shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are inclusive in product MRP.

A shipping charge of ₹99 is applicable for remote locations such as North Eastern & Remote regions.
However, free delivery is available on orders above ₹3,499, these North Eastern & Remote regions like: 

    • Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh
    • Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Andaman and Nicobar Island.

 


Delivery Timelines

Metro delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Other locations: 4–7 business days after dispatch
Remote locations: 4–7 business days after dispatch


Express Shipping

Same-day delivery available within 2 km of Lokhandwala, Andheri West, Mumbai - 400053.


📦 Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts.

  • After three unsuccessful delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or any related reason, the order will be returned to us and will be chargeable ₹199 (again).
