REFUND POLICY

All items undergo quality checks before dispatch. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days across India.

Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Refunds are issued only as store credit after deducting applicable shipping fees and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will not be issued if products show signs of use, wear, or outdoor usage. The value of any missing accessories will be deducted from the refund.

If Your Order Is Returned to Us

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, non-acceptance, or failed delivery attempts, we can re-ship it.
However, the additional shipping charges must be paid by you.
(Please make sure all personal details are correct before completing the payment.)

If you choose to cancel the order instead, your refund will be issued after deducting the shipping charges and after the returned product and its belongings are inspected.

Missing Accessories

If any accessories or included items are missing from the returned parcel, the value of those items will be deducted from your refund.

If the Returned Product Is Found Used

If, during quality checking, we find that the product has been used outdoors, worn outside, or mishandled,
a refund cannot be issued.
We will also share the reason and evidence of what was detected during inspection.
