At Ayraa, every piece is carefully selected with love just for you and goes through a micro-quality check. We want your experience with us to feel as special as the outfits we create. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping, exchanges, and refunds.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

All items undergo quality checks before dispatch.

Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days across India.

Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Shipping is included in the MRP for most locations, though some areas may incur additional charges. OTP verification is required at delivery for security.

If a package is returned to origin due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, a ₹199 reshipment fee applies.

Refunds are issued only as store credit after deducting applicable shipping fees and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will not be issued if products show signs of use, wear, or outdoor usage. The value of any missing accessories will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are included in the product MRP for most pin codes.
However, shipping to certain locations may be chargeable and will be shown at checkout (if applicable).

Delivery Timelines

Your order is expected to arrive within 3–7 business days from the date of placing the order.

If Your Order Is Returned to Us

If your package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Non-acceptance

  • Failed delivery attempts

We can re-ship it, but the additional shipping cost must be covered by you.
(Please recheck all personal details before completing payment).

If you prefer a cancellation instead of re-shipping, we will process your refund after deducting the shipping charges and after inspecting the returned product and its belongings.

If any accessories or included items are missing from the returned parcel, additional deductions will apply.
