Welcome to Ayraa. By accessing or using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Products and Descriptions
Ayraa - wear the real you - Always . All product details, materials, and care instructions are clearly mentioned in the product description (online). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Order Cancellations
Customers cannot cancel their orders ones placed them.
After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications.
Ayraa reserves the right to decline any late cancellation requests once processing has begun.
3. Pricing and Modifications
All prices listed are in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
Ayraa reserves the right to modify product details, prices, and availability at any time without prior notice or liability.
4. Discounts and Offers
Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and offers cannot be combined in a single transaction (unless explicitly stated).
We reserve the right to withdraw or alter any promotional offers at our discretion.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 business days.
Delivery may take longer during festive seasons, sale events, or due to courier delays.
For remote locations (such as North Eastern regions), an additional shipping charge of ₹99 may apply.
Free delivery is applicable on orders above ₹3,499, including remote areas, with delivery timelines of 4–7 working days.
If delivery attempts fail three times due to customer unavailability or related reasons, the order will be returned to us. A re-shipping charge of ₹199 will be applicable for the same order.

6. International Orders
We currently ship within India only.
7. Payments
We accept prepaid payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
All transactions are secured and handled by third-party payment providers.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Ayraa reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to any customer who:
- Violates our terms
- Abuses staff or support channels
- Misuses policies or initiates fraudulent activity
9. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to provide the best service, Ayraa shall not be held liable for:
- Shipping delays due to courier issues or unforeseen operational disruptions
- Damages or losses beyond our control, including acts of God
We are committed to assisting customers and will do our best to resolve any issue fairly and promptly.
10. User Accounts and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details and for any activity conducted under their account.
11. User Reviews and Content
Any reviews, comments, photos, or feedback submitted by users may be used by Ayraa for marketing and promotional purposes on social media.
We reserve the right to moderate, hide, or remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or false.
12. Privacy Policy
Customer data is handled securely through Shopify's built-in privacy protection system. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
13. Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit
Return or exchange requests must be placed within 48 hours of receiving the product.
In case of manufacturing defects (including manufacturing defects and Size issue), returns or exchanges will be processed free of cost upon verification.
Customers may place exchanges or returns free of cost up to three times. After the third request onwards, a charge of ₹149 will be applicable.
All eligible refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, which is redeemable both online and offline.
14. Customer Support
WhatsApp support is available in two phases daily at 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Timings may vary.
