Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, Free delivery is available across India (27 states), except for certain remote regions.

Remote Areas:
Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh
Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Andaman & Nicobar Islands

Shipping Charges:
• ₹99 (flat rate) for remote areas
• Free delivery on orders above ₹3499.

What is your return policy

Any return request must be initiated within48 hoursof receiving the delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact with original packaging.

Acceptable: In case of manufacturing defects, returns or exchanges will be processed free of cost upon verification.

How do I cancel my order?

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. In case of a change of mind, kindly refuse the delivery (RTO). No cancellations or refunds are applicable after order confirmation. This is free process.

How Can i use my store Credit?

We issue store credits only on your registered email ID. Here’s how to use your store credit for your next order

Log in using the same email ID used earlier.
Go to checkout, verify with OTP, and enter the code in the coupon section.
(No need to create an account).

What if order gets RTO

If the delivery attempt fails three times due to customer unavailability or any other reason, the order will be returned to us. A ₹199 re-shipping chargewill be applicable for further dispatch for same order.

A shipping charge of ₹99 applies to remote locations, eg: North - East reagions.
However, free delivery is applicable on orders above ₹3,499, with delivery timelines of 4–8 working days for remote areas.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Your order is expected within 3-7 business days after being placed.

For remote areas, delivery timelines may range between 4–8 working days.
