    🔁 Exchange Policy

    Returns and exchanges are applicable in case of Valid Reasons for Exchange:

    • Wrong size

    • Wrong item received

    • Manufacturing defect

    📧 Mail us with all your order details.

    Important:

    • You cannot exchange a product for a different product directly.
      Instead, choose the return option, wait for the Store credit and place a new order using that Store credit.

    • If pickup service is not available at your pin code, we kindly request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse. The return address will be shared once your request is approved.

    Exchange charges

    nominal ₹89 fee is applicable for reverse shipping of all kind of exchanges.


    ↩️ Return Policy

    Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

    Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact with original packaging.

    • Entire process may take 7–10 working days max. Updates will be sent to your registered email

    🚫 No Money Refund Policy

    Amount will be credited to your store account.

    Please note, we do not offer refunds in cash or to the original payment method. Refunds are issued only in the form of Store credit that can be used for future purchases.

    ❌ Order Cancellation Policy

    Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances due to our no refund policy.
