    🔁 Exchange Policy

    Returns and exchanges are applicable in case of valid reasons for exchange:

    Size issue 
    Wrong item received
    Manufacturing defect

    📧 Email/ WhatsApp us with all your order details.

    Important:

    You cannot exchange a product for a different product directly.
    Instead, choose the return option, wait for the store credit, and place a new order using that store credit.

    If pickup service is not available at your pin code, we kindly request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse. The return address will be shared once your request is approved.

    Exchange Timeline

    Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the delivery for size issues and manufacturing defects.

    Exchange Charges

    Customers can avail up to three exchanges/returns free of cost. From the third request onwards, a charge of ₹149 will be applicable per request on the same order.


    ↩️ Return Policy

    Any return request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

    Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact with original packaging.

    The entire process may take 3-4 business days maximum, as all the outfits goes through a quick quality check. Updates will be sent to your registered email.


    If any item is found missing or damaged in the returned product, the cost of that item will be deducted from the store credit. The remaining store credit will then be issued.

    If the returned product is received in complete and proper condition, a full refund will be processed.

     

    In case of manufacturing defects, returns or exchanges will be processed free of cost upon verification.


    🚫 No Cash Refund Policy

    The refund amount will be credited to your store account.

    Please note refunds are issued only in the form of store credit that can be used for future purchases. 

    Store credit issued is redeemable both online and offline.


    Order Cancellation Policy

    Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. In case of a change of mind, kindly refuse the delivery (RTO). No cancellations or refunds are applicable after order confirmation.


    📦 Delivery & Reattempt Policy

    If the delivery attempt fails three times due to customer unavailability or any other reason, the order will be returned to us. A 199 re-shipping charge will be applicable for further dispatch for same order.

    A shipping charge of ₹99 applies to remote locations, eg: North-East regions
    However, free delivery is applicable on orders above ₹3,499, with delivery timelines of 4–8 working days for remote areas.
